Nothing difficult about recreating this breakfast smoothie recipe. I’ve been adding in smoothies into my morning routine for a few months now and love how it gives me energy! Along with a full glass of water and hot turmeric tea, it’s one of my favorite ways to start my day.
– 3/4 cup of fruit of choice. I’m loving blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries for antioxidants + a dash of spinach + bananas!
– 1 TSP of flaxseed for fiber
– 1 TSP of honey
– 3/4 cup of coconut milk (I tried vanilla oat milk for a while, but found it was too sweet)
If you’re thinking, wow that’s a lot of liquid for the morning. You’re correct. I go to the bathroom nonstop until about 1 PM. Also, yes I realize it’s a wine glass but I like feeling fancy. LOL
