This post is in partnership with Olay. As always, all opinions are my own!

Hello beautiful people! Today’s blog post is in partnership with Olay and I’m so excited to share more about them but FIRST a bit of backstory. My mom used Olay when I was growing up and I knew those lil’ red jars meant BUSINESS because her skin was always flawless! As I get older, skincare has become even more important to me. When it comes down to it, there are the basics that everyone needs in their routine: cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF. A lot of people focus on the cleanser when it comes to acne treatments, but that’s not always the case!
It wasn’t until recently that I discovered my skin type wasn’t actually oily. WHAT. I’ve written blog posts about my routine and oily skin is usually at the forefront. PLOT TWIST: I was using the wrong moisturizers. They ended up sucking the natural glow away from my face which led to even more breakouts. Now, at 25, I’ve finally found a routine that seems to be working for me. Of course, I get the occasional bump here and there, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.
Which means I am NOT going to take chances when I pack up for my trips this fall. Even when I travel, I can’t go without a few skincare essentials in my bag! A gentle cleanser, some vitamin C serums, sunblock, and moisturizer is all you need for a quick getaway. My Olay Regenerist moisturizers will definitely be making the journey with me. I’m planning on heading back home to Georgia soon, which will require a bit more focus on the humidity. Similarly to my morning routine, I’ll be using the Olay Regenerist Whip moisturizer that’s stocked with SPF 25. It’s nice to have that extra layer of protection built-in without the greasy feeling of sunblock. I make sure to apply it right before my makeup to help give it a nice, even finish.
The trip I’m most excited about will be a weekend in Asheville in November! It’s always been a dream to see the leaves change on Blue Ridge Parkway and I know with the higher elevation, I’ll need to switch it up. At night, I use the Olay micro-sculpting cream for a fortified feeling of moisture. Higher elevations tend to dry your skin in addition to the harsh, winter air. I know the infamous red jar will get the job done while I’m in the mountains.
Do you guys change up your beauty routines when you travel? What are some of your go-to products? I’d love to know!

I use this everynight and it’s one of my favorites moisturizers! My skin always feels so hydrated after I put it on.
I loved seeing the behind the scenes of these photos- they turned out great!
Come on, how adorable are you?! I also remember the olay always on my mom’s bathroom counter! It’s always been a tried and true!

Love this! With all the travels I have been doing lately, I sometimes forget about keeping up my routine while I’m on the road. This post is not only a great reminder but also great products that are easy to keep in the mix!
These photos are so cute! I love the vibrancy! I love using the Olay original moisturizer, I haven’t tried the whip one yet but I may give it a try for the fall/winter!
I’ve heard so much about this moisturizer. When traveling, I usually keep my routine a lot more simple than when at home.

cute & little
Can we just TAKE A SECOND to applaud these dynamite photos?!? Girl, you’re a star, no doubt. I love these! And I loved learning more about how you finally “figured out” your skin. I had the same issue for ages – using things that sucked the hydration outta my skin, causing more oil and more breakouts. I love the moisturizers I use now, but I’m always on the hunt for something that takes it one step further. I gotta try Olay!
My husband uses this creme regularly. He is a big fan.

Ah I love these photos!! I need to try some Olay products!!
Loved the post! The most I’ll switch up wen Trang is the type of moisturizer I’m using, depending on the climate. I bring a thicker day and night cream if I’m going to a region that is more colder than usual. So this Olay cream sounds lie it needs to be added to my arsenal!
