Beauty lovers flock to the semi-annual Sephora sale for discounts on their favorite products. Because a lot of these brands rarely go on sale, it’s a great way for shoppers to restock their beauty shelves or try something new! The Sephora Fall Sale 2023 is no different.
This year, the Sephora Fall Savings Event will be from October 27th – November 6th, 2023. Each “tier” gets its own discount percentage and day when they can start shopping the sale! You can see which rewards level you are on once you sign in to your Sephora account. If you’re not currently a member, you can sign up for free here on Sephora.com and automatically become an “Insider!” You’ll use code TIMETOSAVE regardless of your reward status for savings!

I thought you’d never ask! Rouge members have to spend $1000 in a calendar year to keep their status, so let’s just say Sephora has quite the grip on my bank account. But this also makes me an expert in recommendations. 😉 Their sales are my favorite time to restock items, but also to try something NEW! A few brands like Rare Beauty and this mascara from Ilia Beauty were new additions last year and I fell in love. Lip oils have also been my new obsession and I grabbed this highly-rated favorite on Sephora again. So don’t be afraid to be adventurous. They might become your new holy grail item! Let’s get into my picks, shall we?
You may have heard of washing your face with an oil-based cleanser (aka double-cleansing) and wanted to try it out. Now is the time! A cleansing oil for your daily makeup and sunscreen remover needs. If you struggle with breakouts or dull skin, I highly suggest looking into one. You can read my post about the importance of double cleansing here in this post. If you’re looking for a great gentle cleanser for under $20, this is the one!
This facial cleanser is a hit amongst my favorite “skinfluencers” and estheticians for a reason. I first tried this in the winter time and it left my dry skin a flaky mess. Now, it’s been a Godsend with the weather warming up! So for those with oily skin types- this is for you year-round. It’s a bit on the pricier side for a cleanser but worth it for the results.
One of my favorite exfoliating toners has to be Paula’s Choice 2% BHA exfoliating liquid– hands down! It’s a ‘skintok’ fave that is WORTH. THE. HYPE. I use it 3-4x/week to eliminate dead skin cells, decrease dark spots, and eliminate blackheads. I also shake a few drops to a cotton pad and use it after I shave to prevent ingrown hairs. After 3 years of use, it’s an 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend it. You can start off with the mini version if you’d like!
Add in a hydrating toner (like Laneige) in between skincare steps for maximum hydration.
We all know retinol is great for anti-aging and improving dark spots. But it can be intimidating when it can cause “purging” (pushing all the breakouts to the surface for 2-4 weeks) and dry skin. If you’re curious about introducing retinol into your skincare routine, try this brand. It’s paired with gentle ingredients that will exfoliate the skin without causing as much irritation as traditional Retin-A products. Learn more about why retinol products are great for all skin types in this post here.
Glow Recipe Niacinamide Drops for a new hydrating serum to add to your arsenal. However, I like it best when I add a drop to my primer before makeup!
This serum is a godsend for my fellow ladies with dry skin.
If you’re like me (and probably thousands of others) you’ve suffered from maskne this year. One of the most popular treatments is using a sulfur mask to absorb excess oil and clear clogged pores!
The Origins eye cream is a product I love to have in my rotation. In all honesty, most of the issues when it comes to your eye bags are from genetics. Fillers are your best bet for long-term results! But if you’re looking for short-term solutions after a few nights of bad sleep or lack of water intake, this is a great option.
Another eye cream to look into if you’re hoping to fix dark circles.
This tinted moisturizer (serum, SPF, etc.) is my new go-to for my no-makeup, makeup days.
The Fresh Beauty lotus moisturizer is another favorite for all skin types, along with the Necessaire for full body lotion. If you’re in the market for something with more of a tropical scent, this cream is exactly what you’re looking for.
I’ve shared my love for Milk Moisturizer in this post about the best facial moisturizers for every skin type. And I’m proud to say my feelings are still the same. But Kiehl’s Ultra Facial has to be my all-time favorite.
Moisturized lips are my biggest pet peeve/insecurity. If I don’t have something on them, it’s all I can think about! This tinted lip balm has over 700, 5-star reviews and is the perfect product for the sunny days ahead.
You know that I STAN a good SPF around here. The Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen is a MUST-HAVE in my AM skincare routine! Not only is it black girl-friendly with no white cast, but it’s also a great primer.
For full-body sunscreen, Supergoop takes the top spot again but keep your eyes out for the “PLAY” version instead. It’s a bit more economically friendly and also doesn’t leave a white cast!
There are a million different body lotion options to choose from, but I’ve selected my top faves that I either recently fell in love with or have used for years. This body lotion is a fave of mine and a bestselling skincare brand each year. If you’re looking for more of a body cream, this one is my go-to and it’s refillable! Love sustainability. Finally, if you’re more into body oils, I have used this one for the past few years, and it’s perfect for summer with SPF 50!
I’ll be updating this blog post throughout the 2023 Sephora Fall sale with more finds. Feel free to bookmark it to refer to it later!
