Welcome to a new series on the blog: What I Bought on Amazon. For a few months now, I’ve been lucky enough to partner with the Amazon Influencer Program and share my finds on my social media. Nowadays, I feel like it’s harder to NOT shop on Amazon. The convenience really can’t be beat. With retailers shuttering their physical locations, online shopping is ramping up! I purchased a majority of these towards the beginning of March but they’re definitely coming in handy.
My Prime Membership always brings me back to good ole Amazon. I know a lot of the warehouses are prioritizing essentials, so I was shocked to see so many of the items below in stock AND ready to ship within the week. I’m sharing work from home essentials, beauty finds, home decor inspiration and more. As always, you can shop my Amazon picks before anyone else on my Amazon Storefront! Make sure to grab these finds while you can!
Ok, guilty. This hoodie was purchased a LONG time ago. But I saw they added new colors and they’re in stock! They’re all under $25 and super on-trend. I suggest sizing up 1-2 sizes for the perfect fit!
SO soft. It helps keep your hair out of your face during your skincare routine
I bought this before I knew I was going to have braids in for the foreseeable future. 🤦🏾♀️ Can’t wait to try them though!
No nonsense hair dryer that gets the job done.
I’m totally new to the box braid game. The first time I got knotless braids over the summer, they were significantly shorter and lighter than the style I have now. They fit in this my current bonnet, but not without it feeling like I was sleeping on a lumpy pillow. This satin bonnet is great for anyone who has long, thick hair. It keeps it out of your face while sleeping and doesn’t transfer oils to your pillow!
One of my “quarantine goals” is to get better at makeup! A few palettes, brushes, and Youtube tutorials later and I’m finally at toddler level. LOL. You can follow my progress on the gram!
The perfect dupe for the original and a fraction of the cost.
The gyms are closed so that means it’s time to work out at home! These are (rightfully) sold out everywhere! Walmart, Amazon, and Dick’s Sporting Goods has a backorder for the next 30-45 days. I linked one similar that still has a few in stock here. You can try Zappos and Overstock, too!
I’ve been on a home decor kick recently, woo! After putting the finishing touches on our gallery wall, I’ve moved on to other projects. I’ll make sure to share the final product of our bookcase styling, soon!
A must-have for content creators. I’m ashamed it has taken me this long to get one! I assumed that ring lights were only necessary for beauty vloggers, but wow was I wrong. You can immediately see the difference it makes to your photos (and TikTok videos of course.) Although it’s one of the pricier options at right around $100, it comes with all of the pieces you’d have to pay extra for down the line. It works for phones, cameras, and comes with a Bluetooth remote. YEP. It’s a need. Shop it here.
I actually just realized this order was canceled a while back. #whoops. But I’m revamping my home workspace for the spring and can’t wait to share what I have. In the meantime, you can see my WFH Amazon finds right here.
In full disclosure, I have been actively trying to find local businesses where I can get the same items before turning to mega-corporations. It’s so important for us to do our part and help support them during this time! Unfortunately many don’t have the resources that larger companies like Amazon, Walmart can provide in terms of shipping and inventory. I’ll try and update with some local business finds down the road! Stay safe everyone. ❤️
