I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I can’t help but love that this white jacket makes me feel like Olivia Pope/Kerry Washington! Of course I’m referring to only when she’s kicking butt with her gladiators and taking names on Scandal and not when she runs back to Fitz (#teamjake). Full white ensembles have always been something that catches the eye and flattering for any body shape (but especially on WOC). I love this jacket in particular because it’s just the right length to wear as an outfit on its own. Want to see my favorite styles of the season?

Additionally, I added the pop of color handbag from Pursona and my favorite gold Michael Kors watch to accessorize. It was a very windy the day I shot these (shout out to my barely opened eyes) but I was fairly warm for the majority of the time! This White House Black Market classic was under $100 and it’s ideal for winter and spring! Unfortunately I bought this coat (along with the rest of these items) last season and it’s all sold out. :( But no fear friends!
