It’s been a crazy past couple of weeks at GoodTomiCha HQ. I recently had an MS flare-up, perhaps the strongest one I’ve had in a while. At the time, it was scary but I’m thankfully back on the mend. Despite the declining temperatures outside, I can keep my health in check by staying cool. I invested in another fan I can place wherever I’d like in my house (right now my living room). I love that the Dyson Hot + Cool fans have both settings just in case I make it a bit too chilly this fall. Also, I enjoy the size of this particular model because it’s a bit more portable than others.
There’s nothing like pouring yourself a glass of wine and applying a mask at the end of the day. If you haven’t tried it yet, don’t just take my word for it! Fall is the perfect time to try adding a mask to your skincare routine. Not only do they help provide additional hydration in the dryer months, but can give a much-needed glow! If you have drier skin, I’d suggest the CloundDrench Hyaluronic Acid or Cucumber Gel mask 1-2x week for relief.
The Pumpkin Enzyme Mask by Peter Thomas Roth is also a cult favorite for a reason. I’ve personally been using it for at least 2 years and still get SHOOK when I remove it each time! It gently exfoliates away dead skin cells, evens skin tone, and revitalizes your skin. Plus, the seasonal scent is an added bonus! I have the multi-mask set from last Christmas and love how I can rotate which one to use depending on my skincare needs.
