Ah, I love a good summer wedding! Will and I got married in early June, so I might be just a little bit biased. However, I think it allowed people to really show off their best looks while celebrating with us!
It looks like I’m a few years away from my next round of back-to-back weddings in a single summer. After attending college in the south, you pretty much have all of them right after graduation and the rest are dispersed until the end of time. And while I miss dancing to “Yeah!” with 100 white people on a humid, Saturday night in June, I don’t miss shopping for a wedding guest dress. (Psssst. Why is it so hard to find a good outfit for weddings?! The dresses are either too short, too casual or they don’t give off the “baddest b on this guest list” vibes.
